'sunyata (The Wisdom of Emptiness)
You who seek,
Reach for the Perfection of Wisdom.
Emptiness is itself empty,
Yet actions are fruitious.
You who seek,
Accept the non-self, tolerantly.
Firmly convinced of emptiness,
Yet compassionate towards all beings.
Bodhisattva,
Between permanence
And impermanence.
Bodhisattva,
Between self
And non-self.
Such is the way of Śūnyatā:
Emptiness is itself empty.
Empty.
In the past. In the present. In the future.
Empty.
Bodhisattva,
Between wisdom
And compassion.
Bodhisattva,
Between existence
And non-existence.
Such is the way of Śūnyatā:
Emptiness is not nothingness.
You who seek,
Fear not the void.
For emptiness is itself empty,
And pure.

Você que busca,
Alcance a Perfeição da Sabedoria.
O vazio é vazio em si,
Ainda assim, as ações são frutíferas.
Você que busca,
Aceite o não-eu, com tolerância.
Convicto do vazio,
Mas compassivo com todos os seres.
Bodhisattva,
Entre a permanência

Entre o eu
E o não-eu.
Assim é o caminho do Śūnyatā:
O vazio é vazio em si.
Vazio.
No passado. No presente. No futuro.
Vazio.

E a não-existência.
Assim é o caminho do Śūnyatā:
O vazio não é nada.
Você que busca,
Não tema o vazio.
Pois o vazio é vazio em si,
E puro.
