Take Me As I AWell my liver may be clean and my lungs may be clear, but that in no way implies that I've a pure past my dear. And if that hurts you then I'm sorry but there's not much I can say except "the man that I was then just isn't who I am today."

Well I've taken wrong roads and I've wasted some days doing some things just for myself when in so many ways I could have helped a brother out. I could have spared some of my time to show this love that You've taught to be "yours before mine" now I pray that you take me as I am. Wont you look past these scars and forget where I've been. I don't know what I'd do if you got up and headed for the door. I'd probably follow you while I prayed that you take me as I am. Wont you look past these scars and forget where I've been.
