I Prefer The Twentieth Century
I'm not typically one to rush to judgement
But I'm having difficulty dealing with adjustment
I suppose that I'll get used to it eventually
But so far I prefer the twentieth century
Even when the evenings aren't so shitty
I can't see any stars because I'm too close to the city
True, I'm looking forward to the advent of space tourism
But for now I'm merely bored
And as a matter of fact, who isn't?
I know the picture that I paint is none too pretty

Não sou de julgar com pressa
Mas tô tendo dificuldade pra me adaptar
Acho que vou me acostumar com isso um dia
Mas até agora eu prefiro o século vinte
Mesmo quando as noites não são tão ruins
Não consigo ver estrelas porque tô muito perto da cidade
É verdade, tô ansioso pela chegada do turismo espacial
Mas por enquanto só tô entediado

Sei que a imagem que eu pinto não é nada bonita
