I blossomed, amazed, flickering, just like a phoenix
I arose like a phoenix from ruins
Delivered from the pain of the earth
Mending the grave repulsion
Resurrected from void to walk among stars

As if divinity intervened
In the asylum at the gates to the beyond
Seeking sanctuary from oblivion
A refuge from the storms
