Another Ordinary Day

The picture there on the wall
Shows Jesus on the cross.
This room is prison and I know
That I will fade to dust.
I never will forget the day
I met the praying man,
Who said: "I know the way,
Just reach out for my hand".
And in the name of God I followed
Like many men before.
He talked of love and harmony
