Alpha And Omega

Give praise
To him who walks along with God
Who rides along with Him in His saddle
Redeem your soul on earth
You who hold on to the glory in the highest
But is it for ourselves that we truly call out?
Or for humanity, choosing to walk on weakened legs?
It is not that You stretch out Your hand
And not that You show us the path
That path is thorny, but
Their eyes overflow with brilliance
You are inside them
With what is seen, heard, spoken all worthless
May your Word become flesh
And live inside them
The holy sun shines above them
May the sun's rebirth today become the dawn
Give praise
To the daughter born of a sinless maiden and
The son that You have sent
May the neverending light shine upon them
