Without beginning, without endB'li reishit, b'li tachlit,
And to Him belongs dominion and power.V'lo ha'oz v'hamisrah.

He is my God, my living RedeemerV'hu eli, v'chai go'ali,
Rock of my pain in time of trouble.V'tzur chevli b'et tzarah.
And He is my banner and my refuge,V'hu nisi umanos li,
The portion of my cup on the day I call.M'nat kosi b'yom ekra.

Into His hand I entrust my spiritB'yado afkid ruchi
When I sleep and when I wake.B'et ishan v'a'irah.
And with my spirit, my body also,V'im ruchi g'viyati,
