Noh saw the panel and started to run

Sprinklers erupted, the garage door slammed
A lawnmower vanished straight into a van
Noh grabbed the cable and tripped on the hose
Fluffy sat licking the dirt from his toes

The pickup rolled backward and flattened the bins
Fluffy climbed out with a wrench in his teeth
Noh chased him twice round the side of the house
Fluffy escaped through a hole in the couch

Tuesday, the freezer was found in the yard
Wednesday, a bicycle hung from the car
Thursday, the mailbox went through the front door
Friday, Noh swore he'd seen everything before

Saturday morning, suspiciously calm
Fluffy lay peacefully licking one paw
Noh made some coffee and finally sat
