I train to destroy a plate

Wake up early, hit the weights heavy

Trainer asks me, what's your goal, man?
I say: Pizza with no guilt in my soul, man
Running on the treadmill, sweat on the floor
That's just an investment in the pasta I score

Chicken and rice? Yeah that's preparation
For the weekend buffet-level devastation
Double stacked sandwich, cheese dripping down
And I'm calm, clean conscience, king of the town
