North wind blows on August days
September asks me in
Almost 20 years gone by
Wish I could start again
If I could make it true
The difference would B seen
Down & flat on broken ground
The whole of my soul clean

Oh I've wasted so much time
Doin things that never count
I'm backed into a corner now
& I see the real way out

Spirit flows thru worlds unseen
So hard 2 control
Only choices change its' course
Developing the soul

But I know there's a place where time is null
It has no application
& I know I'm going there someday
I kneel in adoration
