ながれゆくくもにのる

Carrying today's sadness
きょうのかなしみをのせて
Kyō no kanashimi wo nosete
Embracing tomorrow's joy
あすのよろこびをはこんで
Asu no yorokobi wo hakonde
The wind takes everything away
ぜんぶかぜがつれてゆく
Zenbu kaze ga tsurete yuku
To where it should be
あるべきばしょうで

Blowing, flowing
ふきあれてながれながれ
Fukiarete nagare nagare
Now, this place is no more

かぜよここへきて
Kaze yo koko e kite

But this bird that can't fly
とべないこのとりは
Tobenai kono tori wa
Waits in the sky
ちゅうにまって
Chū ni matte
Suddenly falls
きゅうにおちて
