Thinking Of You

It happened just like this
God brought you to me
At first I didn’t understand
But now I know it had to be
I found myself in love, thinking it was only friendship
But from the very beginning, it was true love in its essence

Sometimes I wonder why
You’re not here by my side
Even though the distance tries
It will never be a barrier
Through the eyes of faith, I see and feel the divine blessing
God has blessed us, our union is genuine

I’m always thinking of you, and I ask God why
So many hardships try to pull us apart
But God is the One who knows all things
He is the One who leads us
And in His love, He invites us to dream

Oh my God, I thank You for this divine love
For joining our lives and blessing us without end
Guide us, Lord, so that in Your presence
Our love may flourish under Your eternal grace
