They should inform the people about the world today
They'll update you on everything at least that's what they say
Information is power, they know that very well
True or not, it doesn't matter, as long as it can sell

Liquid lies in today's paper, exciting fairy tales blow things out of proportion, will increase the sales
Making up a story, they love to fantasise
Twisting the truth seems so easy by adding a bit more spice

I believe in freedom of speech as long as what's been said is true
Don't you question their integrity, got to believe what the paper says
