Blake left the party in hysterics
Music blaring heard him yelling
My girlfriend's dead
Someone call the cops

People staring like they care
Blake is crying
And he swears
That he found her laying in a pool of blood

Now, there's booze on the counter
And, blood in the shower
Sirens are getting louder by the minute
Missing a kitchen knife
Fingerprints on her thigh
I hope they find the guy that did it

I'll let him take the fall
I'll blame the alcohol
I'll need an alibi
Made out with Jack all night
I'm sorry officer
I barely spoke to her
And, I'm not the jealous type
Is it a crime to lie

Cops are banging on the door
Blake is laying on the floor
Everybody else is in a state of shock

Me, I'm cool, calm, and collected
Should I act like I'm affected
It's incriminating, I guess if I'm not

But, now there's cops in the corner
My head's getting warmer
While her body's getting colder by the minute
My stomach's all in knots
Is there blood on my socks
I hope I don't get caught red handed
