Feeling The Same

I knew a way
I'm holding two a day
my most mistakes
I'd like to change it, can we?
It's been so long
since I have made a difference
I feel so strong
I'd really like to have my break from reality
I know I've been wrong before I see.
I finally feel the time has come
to get the guts to change my mind

I'm tired of feeling the same
The problems that I face in a winning game
on the losing team...
making the choice to stay and fight
I've screwed it up so many times
I'm bound to get it right...

I'll let it slide
this time I'll let it go
I cannot hide
my feelings have to show
I thought I made a change,
I thought I made a difference
But that's learning,
I must be hard of hearing
Now I know what's in front of me
I practiced it back continually
You thought I might decide to win the war
But fighting alone I can no more.
