Who Am I When No One's Watching

I wake up asking myself
Who am I in this place with no name?
The mirrors don’t reflect anymore
Anything I’d ever call me

They told me to be strong
But never said what that really means
I live between masks and choices
That never felt like mine

Sometimes I just wanna disappear
Not out of fear but to be found
In a place where silence
Doesn’t scream inside of me

Who am I when no one’s watching?
Am I the questions or the answers I run from?
A face lost in the middle of the crowd
Or just another echo wanting to be heard?
