Naivety and Oblivion

Life is all that's happening while we speak of something else
In order not to think of fate my mind must be engaged with a great desire
It must have a dominant thought every time I go to sleep
And a dominant thought every time I wake up and I start a new day

Whenever I can not keep my mind busy or distracted
I find myself surrounded by the solitude of sad thoughts

I know my heart is true, but my mind is much more
And if after death there is nothing more than emptiness
Everything was useless

That is why I no longer want to think about me and you
I envy the sweet seed of naivety that lives in you
Or even better the sweet peace that lurks behind your unawareness
