Well, the time has come for the final story of the evening. Let's listen in as inventor Thomas Livingston prepares to set sail for adventure in a brand new flying machine!

Foi em uma primavera de 1890
In the spring of 1890
Thomas Livingston construiu uma nova máquina
Thomas Livingston had built a new machine
E ele planejou ver o mundo
And he planned to see the world
Voando para todos os lugares que ele ainda não tinha visto
Flying everywhere to places yet unseen

Quando o dia de partir finalmente chegou
When the day to set sail finally arrived
Ele abraçou seu filho e beijou sua mulher
He hugged his son and he kissed his wife
E iniciou a jornada através do céu
And set off on the journey through the sky

And the first few months went just as planned

They were leaving rome for Amsterdam

When a pirate vessel caught them by surprise

Cannons fired and bullets ripped

As the pirates waged their war
Thomas tentou lutar e conter seus ataques
Thomas tried to fight and counter their attacks

But the fiends had them outnumbered
E um pistoleiro atirou em seu companheiro nas costas
And a gunman shot his first mate in the back

Bem, eles tiraram seus homens um por um
Well they picked off his men, one by one

There was nothing they could do, and there was nowhere to run
E isso não seria longo até que os canalhas atirassem em todos eles
And it wouldn't be long 'til the scoundrels shot them all

Then with one final blast that shook the ship

Thomas Livingston's vessel took a critical hit
