Mountain Goblins

From the heights, they descend
Bringers of havoc and dread
In shadows they lay their plans
Rise from the mountain crests

To the villages they sweep
Fear and chaos they reap
With teeth sharp, eyes that gleam
Their presence a nightmarish scheme

Through thick forests, under Moon's glow
Strike with fury, leave in woe

Mountain goblins, hear their call
Bringers of the village fall
Echoes of their horrid jeers
Heralding the town's darkest fears
Warriors rise, yet they fall
To the goblins' ghastly thrall

In the silence of night they move
Crimson skies their wrath to prove
Molten fire in their veins
March of doom down ancient lanes

Cloaked in darkness, hearts of stone
From their tyranny, no one's spared alone
Summoning the storm with a cry
As the innocents tremble and sigh

With claws that pierce, and roars that shake
The earth beneath, as they yearn to break
Through gates of hope, into the hearts of men
They come again, and again
