Onde nem a mente nem o vento vagam,Where neither mind nor wind roam,
Onde nem o sol nem a lua entram…Where neither sun nor moon enter…
Lá, traga sua mente para descansar.There, bring your mind to rest.

Conheça sua mente exatamente como ela é:Know your mind exactly as it is:
É como água misturada com água.It is like water mixed with water.

Onde os sentidos se dissolvem,Where the sense faculties dissolve,
Onde a natureza inata se despedaça…Where the innate self nature is shattered…
Lá, está o corpo do inato.There, is the body of the innate.

Nesta suprema grande felicidade não há eu ou outro.In this supreme great bliss there is no self or other.

Quando preso, corre em todas as direções,When bound it runs in all directions,
Quando solto, fica parado.When released, it stays still.
Aquele que acorrenta o ignorante... liberta o sábio.That which shackles the ignorant... liberates the wise.

Quando alguém purifica sua mente,When one has purified his mind,
Quando alguém está livre de karma…When one is free from karma…
Então, entra na cidade dos conquistadores.Then, one enters the city of the conquerors.

Conheça seu corpo exatamente como ele é:Know your body exactly as it is:
É compaixão, e o vazio é seu consorte.It is compassion, and emptiness its consort.

Nesta suprema grande felicidade não há ser ou não-ser.In this supreme great bliss there is no being or non-being.

Agora, despedaçados estão os pilares (sólidos) da palavra.Now, shattered are the (solid) pillars of the word.
Cortados estão os muitos laços do samsara…Cut off (are) the many bonds of samsara…
Em paz, você entrou na cama (lótus) do inato.At peace, you entered the (lotus) bed of the innate.

Conheça a natureza do inato exatamente como ela é:Know the nature of the innate exactly as it is:
Nela não há começo, meio ou fim.In it there is no beginning, no middle, no end.

Nesta suprema grande felicidade não há existência nem não-existência.In this supreme great bliss there is neither existence nor non-existence.

Tome os três refúgios como um barco,Take the three refuges as a ship,
Cruze o oceano da existência.Cross the ocean of existence.
Nele, você não percebe ondas,In it, you perceive no waves,
Enquanto sua mente vai para a grande felicidade…As your mind goes to great bliss…
Palavras não conseguem captar sua verdadeira natureza.Words cannot grasp its true nature.
