What’s the point in going on
If all these people throwing stones
Keep hollering, and carrying on
About who is right, and who is wrong
When all we need is understanding
Friends to lend a helping hand
Then life could be so wonderful
Beautiful and true

Please tell me why?
Must everybody look up to the sky
When all we have is here and now, you and I
Living for the moment

We don’t have to look for heaven
In the clouds in the stars
We don’t need to wait forever
We don’t have to reach that far

There’s a light we share between us

We won’t have to look for heaven anymore

Love can give a second chance
Lead you through this cosmic dance
Like earth is flowing through the breeze
Swirling, spinning galaxies
As simple as a smiling face
Can take you to a better place
Where kindness is the energy
