The Challenge

Time's black eyes, they're watching me
I'm alone but still not free
A last massive roar cuts my mind
I know there's no escape to find
Dark big clouds nothing to see
Startling sounds they torture me
Nightmare turns to solid thing
Outbreak of the crudest sin

You will bleed
On your way
Slow death
In the back

Creeping on this wasted earth, never thought that this could be
Where are all those faces gone, perished in this third world war
I'm one of the last, I heard their scream and they did fall
In blood we payed for all our sins, for all our faults, hopes and dreams

Walking the way through some last remains
Entering the door to an abstracte gate
Fear of death has come into my mind
The challenge from the mysteries of life

Was the future in the past
Or rules this reality at last?
Can't get the answer to survive
This here ain't no place for life
Not alive but yet not dead

Standing in cold rain afraid
I was too blind I could not feel
I don't what will happen to me
