Opening Speech - B

For those of you who came late and might have missed the
19 signs we have up this is super session with some alterations for those alterations
We'll let Al Kooper explain them, this is Al Kooper
Thank you
I flew out here last Thursday and we all met the next day at Michael's house and Michael
Informed me that as usual when he's working he doesn't sleep, he's sort of an insomniac
If you can dig that and up till last night since that Thursday he had not in fact slept
And I was staring in awe each time as he came up on stage
And last night he was playing, you know
Like that, all the right notes were coming out and it was beautiful
And today he just couldn't hack it, so he's in the hospital and he should be alright, I'm sure
We're going to start off as a trio and then bring a few people that you know of
And we got the truck outside recording and it's a lot like the other super session
Which more or less the same thing happened and Steve Stills joined us
But we have some other people and
I'm sure it'll make a good record and an interesting time for you
