Down The Map

When we were young
I was shy and she was tall
Cigarettes and drugs
In front of the coffee shop
And we'd buy buy
And travel down the map
We went too fast
Finally coming down at last
And her eyes rolled back in her head
I could have sworn she was dead

She changed her name to the day of the week I go out
I can't sleep
